Responsibilities:
  • Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
  • Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
  • Overseas and establishes procedures for paperwork completion for functional area.
  • Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.

Skills:
  • Has the ability to support global operations business and run WW talent programs
  • Has Strong ability to program manage high impact HR programs to support business including stakeholder management and change management
  • Has the ability to foresee priorities for the organization and coach leaders to enhance employee experience.

Qualifications:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.


Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
