Do you want to work as a(an) Radiology Technologist where your passion for creating positive patient interactions is valued? If you are dedicated to caring for the well-being of others, this could be your next opportunity. Operates diagnostic equipment, develops film and prepares the room with the necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure. Secondary duties include ordering supplies, stocking, and conducting quality control on the equipment.
Performs timely radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician.
Performs necessary quality control procedures to ensure quality exams are performed.
Contributes to the teamwork, philosophy of the department/office.
Adheres to and practices appropriate infection control policies and procedures
Assumes responsibility for maintain and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and skills with the support and assistance of outside educational resources.
Responsible for maintaining current licensure and certification for the facility radiology equipment and licensure
Two years training in an accredited school for Radiology Technology, basic x-ray experience and trauma work is required.
Located in the Greater Seacoast region of New Hampshire and Southern Maine, boasts of 112 beds and is a top-notch medical facility.
