The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will support the Operations Talent Acquisition Team with hiring in various departments including cultivation, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand current hiring needs
Source candidates via various job boards, Greenhouse ATS, referral networks, job fairs, and other channels to successfully hire for openings
Screen candidates, collect and track candidate feedback, and provide recommendations to the hiring managers on who to move forward with in their recruiting process
Maintain and update requisition information in ATS
Proactively implement changes to streamline recruiting processes
Extend verbal and written offers in addition to sending required new hire documents
Process background checks per state cannabis regulations
Provide new hire information to Human Resources ensure proper onboarding
Maintain and update data and candidate information in applicant tracking system
Assists in the coordination and planning of recruiting events
Assists with various other recruiting projects as assigned
Schedules activities, special events and programs, such as interns and co-ops events, scholarship program
Assists Talent Acquisition Manager as needed
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Minimum of 1 year of experience with high volume corporate or staffing agency recruiting
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience sourcing and closing entry level and mid-level roles
Experience utilizing an ATS system (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
Ability to travel for job fairs and on-site meetings as needed
Ability to communicate with senior leaders
