BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Hospice for a per diem / prn nursing job in Norwich, Vermont.

Employment Type: Per Diem
Hospice RN needed EVERY OTHER WEEKEND Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8am-8pm. Per Diem Registered Nurse opportunity for scheduled and on call hospice visits in Windsor, Orange Counties in VT and Grafton Cty NH. 3 days, every other weekend, 1:1 care, and great work/life balance. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
