System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we are looking to expand our sales team with motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultants In this position, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs. You will then help bring their vision to life by discussing options for their space, including project estimates and personalized design possibilities.
Our Design Consultants enjoy:
• W-2 employment status which includes full benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and a 401K with company match.
• Continuous education and career development opportunities, including our SP University and field training as well as our Sales Manager development program.
Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
• Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
• Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contracts, etc.
• Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads.
Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career.
• Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology.
