Outside Sales Consultant

• Opportunity to participate in our New Design Consultant Bonus Program during your first thirty (30) days in-the-field after graduating System Pavers University:
• Two sales and $50,000 in sales volume: $2,000 bonus.
• Four sales and $100,000 in sales volume: $5,000 bonus. Job Responsibilities: • Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport.
• Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
• Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
• Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contractors, etc.
• Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads. Experience & Skills: • Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career.
• Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology.
• Must have your driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.
• Construction experience a plus.
