The People Team at Noah Medical is dedicated to the development and execution of our People strategies. To enable this impact, you will directly work with the CEO as a member of the senior leadership team to co-own the organization of the company.
Proactively measure and manage organizational effectiveness for the health and productivity of everyone
Manage and develop a high performing People Team to achieve these aspirations
Organizational performance development to achieve market leadership
Evaluate and manage current organizational performance to proactively prepare the organization for upcoming business challenges.
Proactively improve organizational performance through learning, development, improvement, and changes.
Ensure we have a plan for employee data management.
Talent acquisition to build an expanding workforce
Hold talent reviews and planning, help the organization understand talents and facilitate more responsibilities of the talents.
Build a strong internal promotion pipeline, and develop internal future leaders with proper skills and put them into promotion tracks.
