BarSplice Products Inc. is a designer and manufacturer of mechanical splicing and anchorage systems for the reinforcing concrete industry. At BarSplice Products we go above and beyond for our customers with engineered, high-quality mechanical splicing products that are tested on-site in our state-of-the-art testing lab. We have crushed our sales goals for the past 10+ years and are gearing up for major growth.
Seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales who has a proven track record in B2B sales. This critical role will be responsible for sales and marketing of products across North America. We are seeking a hands-on leader to continue BarSplice Product's growth and impact within the concrete construction industry.
As the Vice President of Sales for BarSplice Products Inc. your duties will include:
* Data-driven, analytic skills to ensure we maximize sales and profitability in every distribution channel across North America.
* Manage and develop a world-class sales organization through coaching, teaching, mentoring, and motivation; Expert understanding of an omni-channel sales approach, including overall sales strategies, leveraging pricing, and marketing opportunities.
* Evaluate, develop, and execute salesforce strategies to best serve and expand our customer base.
* Lead the business by personal example, demonstrating the standard of expectation for ethical conduct, professionalism, performance, and personal development.
* Oversee expert and in-depth analysis of market and customer trends to establish strategy.
* Provide marketplace intelligence to show emerging market opportunities, both geographically and product driven.
* Lead the business planning process by developing sales forecasts and budgets.
* Participate in policy decision-making for BarSplice Products and parent company, FC Industries, Inc.
Qualifications for the Vice President of Sales for BarSplice Products Inc.
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study, or equivalent experience. 15+ years industry experience, 10 years of which must include sales management.
* 5+ years in the construction products industry, mechanical splices for rebar is a plus.
* Experience with developing and executing tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
* Experience managing complex inventory and distributions channels.
* Is highly organized and has effective time management skills.
* Has extensive experience with CRM systems.
