Location: Hartford, Connecticut, United States
Base Salary: USD $228,200 to $343,240
We are seeking a dynamic, community-oriented Clinical Director to lead our Women’s Health department. The ideal candidate is a board-certified OB/GYN or Gynecologist who is committed to serving a socioeconomically, culturally, and medically diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide office-based, non-acute care on a full-time or part-time basis.
- Lead and mentor a team including Women’s Health APRNs and a sonographer.
- Develop and maintain department quality assurance.
- Collaborate on long-range planning and budgeting.
- Provide coordinated prenatal services for high-risk patients.
Qualifications:
- Accredited medical school graduate with Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Valid State of Connecticut licensure, DEA, and controlled substance permits.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing complex patient populations.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner.
