About the Role:

Motive addresses significant challenges faced by trillion-dollar industries powering the physical economy. As the Director of Product, Workforce Management, you will lead the management and execution of our Workforce Management suite of products. Managing a team of Product Managers, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional end-user experiences and highly customizable, performant products catering to various customer sizes, verticals, and markets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and adoption of our products and services.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage products, ensuring exceptional end-user experiences.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop growth strategies.- Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges in diverse verticals.- Define clear product requirements based on a deep understanding of customer needs.- Collaborate with other product managers to ensure a cohesive and compelling product experience.- Work with GTM teams to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.- Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of product launches.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of product management experience with expertise in managing enterprise SaaS products at scale.
