Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources who thrives in the hospitality sector. Qualified applicants must have at least six years human resources experience in a full-service hotel, resort or country club setting.

Resort Director of Human Resources Compensation and Benefits -

Annual salary between $135k-$150k
Bonus eligibility
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Paid Time Off (PTO) program
401(k) plan
Relocation assistance provided on a case by case basis

Resort Director of Human Resources Requirements -

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a closely related discipline
At least 5 years experience in a leadership role in human resources
Strong financial and business acumen with a solid understanding and practice of NY employment laws and regulations
Experience in all functional areas of human resources, often acquired through an HR Generalist role
Ability to measure KPIs and drive business results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Resort Director of Human Resources Responsibilities -

Develop and implement HR policies and best practices across the organization, ensuring compliance and equity across all levels
Manage all functions of the employee lifecycle to include recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management
Determine skill gaps, and identify and build areas for talent development
Oversee employee benefits, including compensation
Stay abreast of current and pending legislation and provide recommendations and solutions to ensure compliance
Act as a change agent across the organization and streamline HR operations
Foster a culture of positivity and growth
