This role will include responsibility for all program execution phases to guide interdisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules and participate in regular reporting requirements.
You’ll interface with teams responsible for executing tasks in technical services customer support in areas such as test equipment, support, technical publications, training and capability deployment.
Additionally, you’ll collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and across the Raytheon Technologies team to manage the scope and budget.

Interface to Program Leads, Product Line Leadership, Customers, and Program Management Office (PMO) on Depot Capability Scope
* Own Program Cost and Schedule for In-country Repair, Depot Capabilities, and Depot Test Equipment (DTE)
* Support proposals and Program Management Baseline (PMB) development in your program area
* Contribute as a technical leader on product sustainment activities for developmental and legacy programs by defining technical strategies for long term product sustainment
* Ensure alignment, integration and open/frequent communication among other IPTs (Software, Hardware)
* Achieve technical, cost and schedule objectives through collaboration and standard program management tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM), Integrated Master Schedule and Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management
* Present at Integrated Product Team (IPT), Program, and Customer Program Management Reviews (PMR) including technical, schedule, cost status and root cause/corrective action topics
*This job is posted as ONSITE, and is based at Raytheon’s Andover, MA facility.*
*A combination of up to 25% Domestic and International Travel may be required depending on specific program(s) being supported. **Ability to travel to Middle East to meet with in-country suppliers*
*Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of relevant depot operations, logistics, sustainment, support plans, system fielding, life cycle management or engineering experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position
* Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management) or managing project or program cost, schedule and risk
* S. government issued security clearance is required. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
*Experience in program planning, budgeting, and tracking to cost and schedule
* Familiarity with APEX/SAP EV, APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module & Business Warehouse
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Microsoft Project, Integrated Master Schedule tools, and Project Management tools
* Practical knowledge of project management
