The National Operations Manager (NOM) is a managerial support role for a region which provides regional representation for all national operations initiatives, new business rollout, and manager development. The NOM leverages their operations experience to impact change where needed and improve overall performance.
 
Triage – needs based - immediate & potentially sustained on-site support (severe process, performance issues)
Development – new(er) leaders and/or offices with performance gaps (cost, execution, process) that will benefit from additional on-site & remote support; some will require in-market travel along with continued follow-up phone support, and repeat travel as needed; others may be purely remote supplemental to what the Regional Director and/or Region Manager are doing
Support – new(er) leaders w/strong support structure (eg new OM in a market w/performing RM), introduction, offer of support, availability as a resource

Bachelor’s degree coupled with five plus years related District/Regional Operations experience; Flexible; able to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth oriented and time-critical environment, across a given market (500+ indirect reports)
Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
