Assumes responsibility for the clinical oversight and management of assigned patients, demonstrating a robust commitment to proactive collaboration with fellow staff, community providers, and leadership to ensure the delivery of safe and therapeutic treatment.
Integrates advanced DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) skills seamlessly into the group programming, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Strives for excellence in supporting the partial hospitalization mission, emphasizing a strong and positive commitment to elevating the overall standard of quality patient care.

Assessment and evaluation of patients with mental health or substance abuse issues
De-escalation and restraint prevention Demonstrates leadership qualities with adaptive abilities and strong interpersonal relations skills. Ability to use sound administrative practices. Masters in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.
License eligible in related field(SW, LMHC, MFT.
