Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Electronics Engineer (Hardware Responsible Engineer) OR a Principal Electronics Engineer (Hardware Responsible Engineer) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. Domestic travel up to 50% is anticipated. Design, analyze, configure, test, document, and troubleshoot Avionics subsystems and hardware
Document designs using detailed schematics, diagrams, and specifications
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to implement subsystem performance and environmental requirements.
This position may be filled at either the Electronics Engineer (Hardware Responsible Engineer) or Principal Electronics Engineer (Hardware Responsible Engineer) level, depending upon the qualifications below.
Basic Qualifications for Electronics Engineer (Hardware Responsible Engineer):
Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field and 2 years of relevant engineering experience OR a Master's degree in a STEM field with 0 years of engineering experience.
Active, in-scope DoD Secret clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP). This SAP must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
