VP, Architect

Fidelity Workplace Investing(WI) is seeking a Generative AI Architect who will play an instrumental role in driving Generative AI vision, strategy, and architecture. 15+ years of professional technology experience with a minimum 5+ years of architecture experience in Data, Analytics and AI/ML space.
~ Ability to formulate Data & AI/ML Strategy, Conceptual Architecture and work with development teams to execute the strategy.
~ Experience in building prototypes, driving Pilot and PoCs, and exploring new solutions.
~ Demonstrated experience developing enterprise applications and data solutions in the cloud Azure/AWS
~ Experience in designing, testing and deploying machine learning frameworks to rapidly iterate on model development & deployment
~ Experience working with data engineers and data scientists to implement AI, ML & NLP techniques for variety of use cases using industry frameworks.
~ Expertise with LLMs (Microsoft Azure Open AI, AWS Bedrock and other LLM models)
~ Some experience on vector databases (preferably Redis and AWS Opensearch) and of document chunking (including models used for chunking)
~ Hands on experience using LLM related application frameworks, preferably Langchain.
~ Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and management in the Generative AI space including experience with LLMOps.
~ Experience with cloud service provider ML ecosystem such as AWS SageMaker & Azure ML
~ Strong experience in programming languages such as Python, Java
~ Certification in AI/ML, Generative AI technologies on AWS/Azure platforms preferred.
