DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director, Business Management & Acquisition (BM&A) is seeking an experienced, innovative and business-savvy senior leader with extensive federal contracting experience and broad accomplishments, proven organizational leadership and outstanding problem solving and teaming skills to serve as the Deputy Chief of Contracting /Deputy Head of the Contracting Activity.

As a key member of the BM&A leadership team, the selectee will have substantial responsibilities related to acquiring and procuring goods and services for the Agency, in addition to the full range of the Office of Contracting management and planning functions. Providing direct leadership to a multi-disciplined staff of professionals, the selectee will play a critical role in establishing a culture focused on innovation and inclusion by capitalizing on the strengths of the workforce to achieve mission outcomes.
