As a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager at Ohioans Home Healthcare & Hospice, you will play a key role in an organization with a reputation for unsurpassed quality care, a close-knit, family-friendly culture, and a supportive management team as we begin to introduce hospice services to our Toledo, OH territory.
We will rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on comfort care processes, procedures and medications; Putting the care in your career

Excellent Training: Orientation is robust with lecturing, field time, shadowing and preceptor support, but training doesn’t stop there. We offer skill labs, plus an outstanding patient education platform, available on any mobile device, that includes:
Animations, videos and illustrations of procedures
Online assigned tasks and training
