Bradford Carpet One Floor & Home in Peabody, MA is looking to hire a Design Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. Full Time: 5-day work week (Monday - Sunday)

~ Travel Reimbursement for company related tasks (estimate fee)
~ Monthly or quarterly product knowledge training
~ Build client relationships and ensure to follow up on all jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and/or gain new project leads
Schedule appointments to meet with clients for showroom, home, or workplace consultations
Gather space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed for project, create and present project proposals to clients for approval, provide any floor sample suggestions, and ensure quality control for active projects
Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean


Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Interior Design, Inside Sales, or similar role
Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, interior design, or a similar field a plus
Basic computer/social media knowledge and math skills
Read floor plan drawings & create project estimates
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, yet within a team setting
Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
No emails or phone calls to the showroom
Do not personally deliver resumes to the showroom
