Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales and Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our growth strategy. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record in healthcare sales and marketing, who is passionate about driving meaningful change in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales and Marketing Strategy:
Craft a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
Lead the development of marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and lead generation efforts.

Sales Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.

Marketing Strategy Implementation:
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, branding, and promotional materials.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
Utilize market data to refine product positioning and pricing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Monitor and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns and sales activities.

Performance Analytics:
Implement data-driven approaches to assess and improve sales and marketing performance.
Utilize analytics tools to track progress, measure key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare sales and marketing leadership roles.
Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in private equity-backed companies, is a plus.
