*Job Overview:* Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with open enrollment of medical benefits. In this dynamic position, you will handle 30-40 inbound calls daily, examining and assessing data to provide comprehensive information on benefits and group insurance programs. * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (in-person customer service is acceptable).
* Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate Office, work through multiple tabs, and understand Webex.
* Patience and compassion are essential qualities for success in this role.
*Experience in a call center environment (not required but helpful).
*Employee Value Proposition (EVP):* This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build up their call center resume and earn extra money before the holidays. While this is a short-term contract through open enrollment, we’ve had contractors with us for over two years. We offer a fun and engaging training environment, complete with candy, prize bags, and treats that align with training topics.
*Training will be conducted on-site with a set schedule in a classroom. The schedule will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before the start date, and training will occur Monday to Friday between 8 am to 8 pm EST.
* Post-training, schedules will be released during the second week of training. Shifts will vary between 8 am and 8 pm EST, and candidates must have full flexibility to work any 8-hour shift in this window for the contract's duration.
* Must be able to work at least one Saturday per month in October, November, and January (this will be overtime in addition to their normal schedule).
* After training, most employees will have the option to work hybrid (two days from home) or fully remote, depending on the shift.
*Business Impact:* This position is open due to the need for assistance with the open enrollment of medical benefits. Your role will be vital in ensuring that customers, employees, and clients receive the necessary support and information during this critical time.
