Dental Receptionist

Respond to patient questions and/or concerns and escalate if needed
Answering telephones, schedule and confirm appointments and manage front desk voicemail
Follow up on no shows and cancellation of appointments
Register patients from sign in sheet
Post charges and payments to patient accounts
Maintain the waiting area for patients
Perform other tasks as necessary Qualifications: Experience answering the telephone in a professional environment
Experience in the Dental Industry is required
Proven customer service skills
Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of insurance plans preferred
