Busy highway dealership is seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service that will greet customers and answer calls. The individual should be responsible, upbeat, dress professionally, and able to multi-task. Previous Dealership experience not required.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Cheerfully greet and assist walk-in customers/visitors

Answer phones/screen and transfer calls/take messages via a multi-line switchboard

Receipt credit cards/checks/approve checks online

Provide customers with updated information regarding their vehicle

Handle customer requests/troubleshoot problems

Job Qualifications/Skills:

Excellent interpersonal , and multi-tasking skills;

Timely and regular verification of work for accuracy.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word software.

Excellent calculation skills for cashier accuracy
