We are seeking skilled Blow Molding Process Technicians for 2nd Shift. ***DIRECT HIRE*** * iNc EMPIRE is offering a $500 sign on Bonus * Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM What will you get to do in this role? Setup, safety, and basic maintenance of molds, machines, and equipment Create and modify processes for blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts Set machine controls and turn dials to regulate specified machine forming pressure and plastic curing time in mold. Measure and visually inspect sample product for surface and dimensional defects, using microscope, micrometer, and gauges, and adjust machine setup to eliminate defects. Develop all needed documents for trials including mold trial history reports, process settings, etc. Develop different standards for multiple different tonnage tools. Compile and summarize test data, analyze, and interpret test results, and write reports including root cause for errors/defects and recommend countermeasures. Create and test production cycle sheets and machine daily maintenance check sheets and machine downtime logs. Mentor other associates with less experience in department Skills/Experience Needed to Qualify for This Position: Proficiency in plastics extrusion processes Automotive industry experience is a plus Blow Molding Process Level Technician experience is required Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery Integrity is a must Team Player attitude Ability to accomplish goals Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements Ability to work overtime is required If you possess these skills and are looking for a challenging opportunity in blow molding technology, we encourage you to apply for this position.
