Overview Senior Men's RTW Designer / Manager / Director Direct message the job poster from SBH Fashion. This role is a global fashion and lifestyle brand position open to Senior Designer, Manager, or Director level depending on experience, to lead creative development across three emerging style buckets. Responsibilities Design and develop Men's Ready-to-Wear collections within your assigned style bucket (Street Fashion, Street Classic, or Street Formal). Work across both Knits and Wovens to build cohesive and trend-right assortments. Research global markets, cultural trends, and competitor landscapes to deliver fresh, relevant designs that resonate with the brand’s customer. Create seasonal mood boards, sketches, tech packs, and presentation materials to effectively communicate design vision. Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production to ensure product execution aligns with creative direction, quality standards, and business goals. Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership to define strategy and drive innovation in the Men’s division. Serve as a creative leader and trend authority, helping to inspire and mentor junior design talent as the team expands. Qualifications Proven RTW design experience with expertise in both Knits and/or Wovens. Strong understanding of streetwear, contemporary fashion, and cultural influences across multiple categories. Ability to build a collection from concept to execution with strong technical knowledge of construction and fit. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and CAD. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across functions and leadership levels. Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ambition to build and grow a new business unit. Leadership experience preferred (for Manager/Director consideration).
