School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $37.50-$44.50 an hour
- Will be working on IEP Assessment team conducting evaluations for new students, pre-k students entering into school or schools upon request
- Openings in Northeast, South, West and Central Philadelphia
- Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
- Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
- Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
- Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
- May be asked to travel between school locations

Requirements:
- Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License
- American Heart Associaton BLS
- Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
