Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, provide treatment, and develop requisite plans of care for outpatient physical therapy patients.
- Relationship building: focused attention on individual relationships with patients and referral sources.
- Willingness to learn statistical/data tracking software and electronic medical records system.
- Proficient in both hard and soft skills in regard to patient care and case management.
Requirements:
- Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, allowing for a customized schedule that fits your availability.
- We are looking for someone who is compassionate and enjoys communicating with others. We want someone who interested in taking an active role in the individual patient experience.
- Capable to solve issues in real-time and in accordance with an established plan of care.
- Support clinic leadership and clinical team in daily operations of the clinic.
Qualifications
- Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice in PA
