This role is responsible for posting cash receipts, reconciling daily bank activity, resolving payment discrepancies and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Day to Day Verify and post cash receipts to customer accounts (Credit Card, ACH, Wires, Cash, & Check) Review daily bank report to identify/reconcile credit card payments, ach or incoming wires and returned checks/chargebacks Investigate and resolve account discrepancies Apply COD payments to daily invoices Remote deposit AR checks in CashPro to the corresponding bank account Reconcile daily cash applications with bank activity at the end of day Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned About You Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance Positive, Team-based attitude Compensation $51,198 - $79,023 annually Arcosa is proud to offer competitive benefits and programs to help you and your family meet your healthcare and retirement planning needs.
