Position Details:

Adult Patient

·Acuity Level: G-tube/Trach/Vent @Night

·Location: Gilbert (85297)

·Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday , 8a-6p (DAY SHIFT)

About case: Patient is an adult female who is needing help 3 days a week. It is a 8 hour shift, The patient has a g-tube, trach, and vent at night. This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's

(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience)

Responsibilities:

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
