**Job Skills / Requirements**

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:

Patrol parking lot and surrounding common area of community and landscaped areas to remove all trash, dog feces, cigarette butts, cans/bottles, and debris as needed.

* Sweep all entrances and property walkways.

* Dust window sills and clean cobwebs up to 12ft.

* Empty trash containers, replace liners, clean/sanitize/damp wipe exterior surface.

* Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks/fixtures, partition walls, and all surfaces. Clean restroom mirrors.

* Restock restrooms of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. Sweep and mop restroom floors.

* Monitor supply inventory and submit supply order each month.

* Report and take pictures of lights out, water leaks, broken items, graffiti, and discarded large bulk items in or around dumpster enclosures to manager.

**Additional Information / Benefits**

Hourly Rate: $15.00 + Monthly Gas allowance of $175

Schedule: Route consists of #2 Properties in Gilbert Area

*#1* *5x per week; 2 hours on Mondays & Fridays and 4 hours on Wednesdays = 8 hours total per week*

*#2* *5x per week; 1 hour each day*

Requirements:

* Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.

* Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

* Must have excellent attendance.

* Must be able to start training immediately.

* Must be able to follow directions.

* Must be prompt and met deadlines as assigned.

* Must be authorized to work in the United States.

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

* Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English.

* Must be able to read and comprehend chemical and safety information.

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
