Please apply today if you feel you are qualified We are seeking an individual with a high level of professionalism that will assist the sales department in updating the customer data-base, provide reports regarding CRM usage, and monitor the Up-process on the sales floor. This job is Monday-Friday approximately from 9am-6pm. Responsibilities Ensure Reputation Management on Review sites. Post responses in conjunction with the CR team. Share reviews with staff. Monitor the Next-Up station and sales floor traffic. Perform regular upkeep of all Sales License Boards; maintain the sales license expiration spread sheet. Participate in (New Hire) Sales Orientation. Ensure NPI compliance on the showroom floor and adjacent offices. Provide administrative support to sales management and staff. Reception duties to include but not limited to:Mail bag handling, Fed Ex handling, Updating Co. phone directories, and processing finance department 10-day letter notifications Ensure friendly and timely greetings for all incoming guests. Ensure demo plates are provided on every test drive, track and maintain plates. Provide reporting on SSI, & Podium. Support Customer Relations efforts for the sales department. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Front Desk and CRM experience preferredd Excellent computer skills. Excel and Word proficiency Must interact well with customers and staff and have a friendly and professional demeanor. Must be able to act independently and make accurate decisions Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Must exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
