Novocure is a global oncology company pioneering Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), an innovative, non-invasive cancer therapy that uses electric fields to disrupt cancer cell division. Our therapy, Optune Gio, offers new hope for patients with glioblastoma (GBM) and represents a unique opportunity to transform oncology care in Switzerland. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead Novocure’s commercial presence in Switzerland. As our National Sales Manager, Switzerland , you will play a key role as an entrepreneurial force behind the successful introduction of TTFields to Swiss patients. You will work closely with medical, market access, and marketing colleagues to make Optune Gio available across the country, while shaping the future of our local business. This role is ideal for someone motivated by field engagement, building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, and bringing life-changing innovation to patients. Your Key Responsibilities Lead the commercial development of Novocure’s business in multilingual Switzerland, ensuring patient access to Optune Gio Build long‑term relationships with prescribers and healthcare partners across all regions Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams to deliver growth and alignment Develop and execute annual business plans that achieve commercial and strategic objectives Ensure all business activities comply with company standards, local regulations, and ethical guidelines Foster a culture of excellence based on accountability, innovation, and patient focus What We Are Looking For Business‑level proficiency in English, French, and German (Swiss German fluency strongly preferred) Experience in pharma or medical devices in Switzerland Previous experience in glioblastoma is highly preferred; experience in oncology (particularly solid tumors), medical devices, or rare diseases would also be valuable Proven track record in sales, key account management, or medical affairs, ideally with leadership exposure Deep understanding of the Swiss healthcare landscape and payer environment Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the energy, curiosity, and resilience to build and grow our presence collaboratively Extensive travel is an integral part of the role, with regular presence expected in the field and the option to work from our Baar global headquarters Why Join Us At Novocure, we are driven by innovation, courage, and empathy.
