Position Summary Silversea Cruises, a world leader in luxury classic and expedition cruising, is seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Account Executive to join our Sales team. The Account Executive will support Area Sales Directors and manage relationships with travel agencies to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury travel, has excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. Responsibilities include supporting Area Sales Directors in selling activities, generating opportunities, and assisting partners with strategic efforts. The goal is to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence, ultimately driving revenue. This position is based onsite in Miami. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support selling activities, including servicing issues raised by Travel Partners and Sales Directors, generating selling opportunities and assisting strategic sales & marketing efforts. Review and act on sales calls and inquiries, creating opportunities and educating Travel Partners on brand products, promotions, and tools. Use independent judgment with assigned Empowerment and/or Marketing dollars. Partner with Area Sales Directors to coordinate corporate team events, trade events, ship tours, FAM training, and seminars at sea. Work within Sales to ensure accessibility of corporate and brand policies and key selling attributes. Network with internal departments to resolve requests and complete service tasks. Conduct sales presentations and training seminars to promote brand, ships, programs, and destinations. Attend sales events and trade shows as needed in various territories (travel required). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably travel, cruise, or hospitality sectors. Associate or bachelor’s degree a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Capability to leverage sales and business knowledge for informed decisions. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across departments, supporting travel partners and directors. Collaborative mindset, willingness to share ideas and best practices. Sound judgment and decision‑making skills. Proficient negotiation skills with results orientation. Skillful use of communication channels to collaborate, drive results, and develop advocates. Highest personal integrity and professionalism. Proactive approach to achieving and exceeding goals. Strong financial and business acumen. Confidence, credibility, and leadership qualities. Adaptability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
