The Sr. Quality Engineer owns end-to-end service quality and performance by embedding monitoring, telemetry, automation, and Digital Experience (DEX) analytics into design, operations, and continuous improvement cycles. The role proactively identifies system and service issues, analyzes experience and performance trends, and drives corrective actions to improve stability, reduce defects, enhance usability, and elevate customer satisfaction across the enterprise. Required Skills/Attributes Experience working in IT Operations within a managed services environment, including oversight of vendor delivery, service quality, and operational performance. Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and practices, especially related to end user technology, platform architectures, operational frameworks, and product lifecycle management. Ability to present complex technical material clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and business partners. Deep understanding of end-user computing technologies including Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), endpoint management platforms such as Intune and JAMF, and endpoint security tools such as Defender for Endpoint. Deployment of Cyber tools to end user computing devices and ensure seamless operations. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery approaches. Proficiency analyzing defect trends, incident reports, and engineering quality metrics to drive improvements in application stability, reliability, and user experience. Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex technical designs, identify gaps, validate standards compliance, and ensure readiness for IT Operations. Understanding of cloud collaboration platforms and integration patterns across M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Strong familiarity with identity, access, and security controls including Entra ID, Conditional Access, data loss prevention, and compliance standards. Desired Skills/Attributes Experience applying ITIL, Agile, or DevOps principles to improve engineering quality, operational reliability, and support processes.
