Collaborating with business teams to understand their objectives for the loyalty system, promotions, and state-specific needs. Documenting technical requirements for the development team and business senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a data analyst/architect with strong business acumen, capable of extracting and documenting business requirements from senior team members. Key qualifications Experience with data architecture and relevant projects. Business analysis experience, including working with executives. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in technologies such as SQL Server, Snowflake, Kafka, Airbyte, AWS, and Azure. Snowflake is currently the top priority, followed by cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Kafka, and Airbyte.
