Baylor RNs and LPNs needed for a Beautifully Renovated 206-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Providence, RI

Special Sign on Bonus up to $12,000 (Must start by 6/30/2024 to qualify)

Shift available: 7:00am- 3:00pm & 3:00pm- 11:00pm

Baylor RN/LPN Position: work 32 hours Doubles Every Saturday & Sunday and get paid for 40 hours

Must work doubles every weekend
This is a floating position
Eligible to pick up additional shifts during the week as available as overtime

To join this team please have the following requirements:

Active unemcumbered RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the state of Rhode Island
An ability to work with multiple residents at once
Must be able to work every weekend Saturday and Sunday double shifts
Prior RN or LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Demonstrate sound clinical judgement
Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers
Provide direction to clinical team members
Maintain resident confidentiality
Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
An ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
Primary series of the COVID Vaccine required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
