*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Provide professional in home nursing care to clients/patients
* Assess and evaluate client's status by reviewing and implementing the plan of care and regularly re-evaluating the client's needs
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
* Observe client for changes in condition and discuss changes with the client, caregiver, and attending physician
*Nurse Qualifications and Skills*
* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
* Nursing students attending an accredited school (you may qualify for Suburban scholarships)
* Registered Nurses (RN) currently licensed in the state of Massachusetts
* For positions that require driving to a patient's home, clinicians must be licensed drivers with access to a vehicle that is insured in accordance with Massachusetts' requirements nor have access to other means of reliable transportation
* Home care experience desired (not required)
* Ability to successfully complete the background check process
* Must be available at least 2 days per week
