The Pricing Analyst will conduct revenue, pricing and rebates analysis by creating and managing reports and processes. The analyst collaborates closely with Revenue leaders to help Sales drive specific customer behaviors such as growth, retention, and product mix improvement. This position assists the Pricing Program Manager to lead pricing initiatives/projects, working closely with IT and other stakeholders to build tools and systems. The analyst provides analytical and pricing tools support for ResMed business to improve price realization, acting as a commercial revenue enabler while interacting frequently with Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, IT, Finance, legal, and Customer Service. The role is primarily responsible for margin analysis, rebate reports, and managing pricing tools to empower quick and accurate decision‑making within the sales force, and will drive strategic pricing best practices throughout the Revenue organization. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, Economics or a related field. 5+ years analytical and problem‑solving experience with Sales & Marketing teams Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake or other SQL high proficiency (is a must) Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Cognos, Tableau or other business intelligence system experience highly preferred. R, Minitab, SAS or other Statistical software experience highly preferred Oracle or other leading ERP platform experience preferred. Salesforce or other comparable CRM system experience preferred. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $92,000 - $138,000. For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
