This is an onsite position that offers the 9/80 scheduled./ph3What Youll Get to Do/h3pThe Senior Principal Pricing Analyst will support Pricing activity within the Navigation, Intelligence Connectivity (NIC) Division reporting to Pricing Manager of the Connectivity Network Solutions Business Unit. The Senior Principal Pricing Analyst roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:/pulliWork closely on a day-to-day basis with the Program Managers/Directors, Business Managers, Contracts Managers, Operations Managers, Capture Managers, and functional teams to provide support for major capture and proposal efforts./liliPrioritize proposal activities and working on multiple tasks simultaneously/liliDevelop, evaluate and implement pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics/liliConduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis/liliMonitor ongoing competitive environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction/liliPartner with Contracts, Business Development, and Finance organizations to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements/liliProject impact of pricing changes, individual promotions and rebate programs on revenue/liliCreate/administer pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization/li/ulh3Basic Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree with 8 years of related professional experience - OR - a Masters degree with 6 years of related professional experience/liliProposal experience/liliExperience working in an environment that requires strong analytical and organizational skills/liliMicrosoft Excel Proficiency/liliU.S. Citizenship required/liliThe ability to obtain and maintain a DoW Secret clearance is required./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications:/h3ulliProposal experience with the Government or Aerospace industry/liliMake decisions in a timely manner, under tight deadlines and pressure/liliExperience with FAR and DFARS compliance/liliExperience with ProPricer, S4/liliCurrent active DoW Secret Clearance/li/ulh3What We Can Offer You/h3pNorthrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment which encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
