Who They Are We've partnered with a fast-growing $100M Steel Construction Company that works in Structural & Miscellaneous Steel as well as PEMB. We're currently hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager and Estimator in the Dayton or Cincinnati, OH area who needs to come from a relevant industry background. What You'll Do Review construction bid documents Calculate the values of administration, procurement, materials, equipment, and material installation Evaluate bid specifications and drawings Follow up with general contractors to ensure bids are inclusive Lead, direct, and coordinate daily project management Set up job reports for cost analysis and help facilitate job completion Manage and resolve conflicts with customers Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage project management constraints (cost, time, scope, quality, etc.) What You'll Need Project management degree, estimating training, and/or 10+ years in the construction industry is required 4+ years of experience working for a steel erector Acute attention to detail and extensive knowledge in the steel construction trade Vast field knowledge with the ability to extract important information required for reporting cost progress and quality standards Training or experience in purchasing Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Project Management software #J-18808-Ljbffr
