Electrical Project Manager/EstimatorWe are seeking Electrical PROJECT MANAGERS/ESTIMATORS at all Levels in your area APPLY NOWI am partnered with an Electrical Contracting Company with a position open for an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive and outgoing attitude. The Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates. Candidates must have experience in the Electrical Industry as an Electrical Estimator to be considered.Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:Determine the scope of work by reviewing bid documents and attending pre-bid meetingsPerform accurate takeoffs and quantify estimates.Capable of reading engineering drawings, developing practical plans and providing solutionsObtain quotes as needed from subcontractors and vendors.Determine which vendors and subcontractors to use on the projects.Develop a project schedule for each project.Safety and quality conscious.Maintaining good working relationships with General Contractors and multi-tasking skills are critical.Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Qualifications:3-5+ years of experience with a proven track record of managing/bidding a wide variety of electrical construction projects -Minimum project values $1MBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePrior electrical field experience, Journeyman or Foreman is a plusMust have good experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,1 year or more of experience using Accubid, Bluebeam, Conest, or McCormick estimating software or ExcelMust be coachable and willing to learn the client's business process and methodsTeam player with a positive attitude and is self-motivated.Knowledge of construction practices and methods.APPLY NOW directly or submit your resume and project list to Joseph Imgrund at joey.imgrund@gogpac.com,or call/text 612-473-3585Gpac is a national executive search firm for the nation's premier electrical contractors and industry professionals.
