Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments on patients in the ICU
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients with various medical conditions
- Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation and communication
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer IV infusions and medications as prescribed
- Monitor and operate neonatal ventilators as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Demonstrate proficiency in hospice palliative medicine and behavioral health support

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong background in internal medicine and critical care nursing
- Experience working with pediatric patients and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in IV infusion administration and management of ventilated patients
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and provide appropriate interventions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
