Apply below or send resumes to Danielle, Talent Acquisition Manager, at About the Role: As a Regional Director of Nursing at SHCM, you will oversee all aspects of nursing services, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain the highest standards of resident care, and provide leadership and support to the nursing team. You will travel to centers and assume the role of interim DON or interim Nurse Leadership position, working directly with center IDTs. Ensure quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce management to meet resident needs. Foster a culture of quality, safety, and resident‑centered care. Manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain stability and continuity while transitioning to permanent leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing. RN licensure in the state of practice required; multi‑state compact license preferred. 5+ years nurse management experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing center. 2+ years experience as a Director of Nursing. Prior LTC or SNF experience in the state of practice required. Must have PC experience with the ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet‑based applications, and EMR software.
