Project Coordinator – Construction Experience (Electrical Signage Corp) Pay: $21.00/hr – $25.00/hr (based on experience) Location: 13580 5th St, Chino, CA 91710 We are an industry‑leading electrical signage manufacturer and contractor based in Chino, California. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, and seek a qualified Project Coordinator to support our project teams. Key Responsibilities: Generate art requests for project design. Compile all necessary information for accurate scope of work and ensure site surveys are completed. Create quotations based on the client‑directed scope of work. Solicit subcontractor bids and submit them to the Project Manager for review. Request products from local vendors and track delivery. Release projects to subcontractors as approved by the Senior Project Manager. Scan and archive permits; notify staff when permits are obtained. Complete permit activity reports and coordinate with the Project Manager and Permit Expeditor. Gather closing information from operations, including finals, signoffs, and photos. Maintain organized information in an accessible spreadsheet for communication with the Project Manager. Visit job sites as required. Qualifications: At least 1 year of project coordinator experience or equivalent in a support role. Computer literate in Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to take photos and use tape measures as per project specifications. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Must be able to fluently speak and write in English. Positive outlook and strong teamwork orientation. Eligible to work in the United States. Education: High School Diploma – AA or BA is a plus. Schedule: 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
