Director Client Services – LOOMIS Brand Strategy, Marketing & Advertising for Restaurants, Retail & Franchised Companies We’re growing our account team and are on the hunt for a senior account executive. Are you equal parts strategic thinker, problem solver, and passionate communicator? LOOMIS is looking for standout individuals to join our Account Service team—someone who is passionate about the business, gets media, lives in PPT, speaks data fluently, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment. You’ll work on challenger brands, guiding integrated campaigns from big idea to execution. We are looking for someone who’s not just checking boxes—but bringing new thinking to the table. Responsibilities In this role you will: Lead campaigns with creative and media components, collaborating with clients and internal teams. Shape compelling stories rather than merely build decks. Provide clear, constructive direction to creative teams, improving the quality of work. Use data to inform strategy—Excel expertise with pivot tables, data tables, and budget logic. Think ahead, speak up, and contribute positively to team culture. Qualifications Minimum six years of agency-side experience. Strong ability to discuss creative, media, and strategic concepts with clients and peers. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data tables, budget logic). Effective communication skills and capacity to deliver constructive feedback. Enthusiasm for culture and collaboration. This is a hybrid position —part remote, part in‑office—designed to give you flexibility and face time with an incredibly collaborative team.
