Senior Estimator, Commercial – Fort Worth, TX What you’ll be doing as a Senior Estimator, CommercialGeneral Role Description: Support pre-proposal activities and reviews to ensure proposal requirements are clearly defined Utilizes historical data in the preparation of material cost estimates to support pricing requests Request and review inputs from functional areas, Bell off-sites, and quotes from suppliers as needed Perform quality review of cost estimates to ensure data is current, accurate, and complete Ensure all proposal schedules are adhered to in accordance with RFQ/RFP/RFI requirements Assist company personnel in support of audits and negotiations with customers as required Specific to Commercial Role: Price request types include Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) regarding commercial aircraft sales, commercial spares, commercial repair and overhaul, and foreign military sales Work closely with all functional areas including Sales, Contracts, Training, Operations, Spares, Finance analysts, Supply Chain, Engineering, and others Support build-up of proposal / estimate package and files Assist others with understanding any cost and price inquiries #J-18808-Ljbffr
