Business Automation Development Lead

SeeScan is seeking a Business Automation Development Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated solutions that connect core business systems, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. Compensation The salary range for our Business Automation Development Lead position is$110,000 to $150,000 annually. This range represents a good faith estimate based on the qualifications we expect to find in a successful candidate. Actual compensation offered may be less or greater than this estimate based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, our assessment of your ability to bring value to our organization. We are looking for a long-term, in-house teammate to join us, not a contractor or consultant. In this position, you will Lead the design and development of automation solutions that connect and orchestrate business systems across the organization Develop and maintain integrations between our ERP system, internal applications, and third-party tools Implement and integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance business processes and analytics Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient deployment of automation solutions Utilize Git and related version control tools to manage source code, collaboration, and release processes Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational and analytical requirements into scalable technical solutions Support ERP design and customization workflows, including linking ERP design tools with development and version control systems Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance standards Provide technical leadership, documentation, and best practices for automation development within the IT team Your background Strong proficiency in Python for application development and system integration Experience with Git and other development and tracking tools (e.g., issue tracking, CI/CD platforms) Hands-on experience designing and supporting CI/CD processes Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data workflows Experience working in an IT or enterprise application development environment Experience with ERP systems (implementation, integration, or customization) Background in business analytics, data analysis, or reporting Experience implementing AI or machine learning tools in production environments Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and automation platforms About you Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to bridge technical and business requirements effectively Excellent communication and documentation skills Leadership mindset, with the ability to guide development standards and practices Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working with shifting priorities and moving targets About SeeScan Beneath the ground and below the water’s surface is a world out of sight.
