We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who thrives in dynamic startup environments and wishes to contribute to a lean, high‑impact team. Your efforts will directly influence our company’s growth and success. You will work closely with executives, Account Executives, fellow SDRs, and other business units to drive results and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role; candidates must reside in San Francisco, CA, or Washington, DC. Responsibilities Execute sales outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to set up meetings for the Customer Account Executive team. Research and deeply understand the challenges government agencies face in procurement, contracting, grants, and budgeting, and communicate the solution stack that improves these workflows. Maintain timely, multi‑channel follow‑ups with prospects and accurate CRM records. Develop and implement strategic campaigns to engage new potential clients. Craft engaging email content that prompts responses from prospects. Analyze customer interactions to identify brand positioning improvements. Offer constructive feedback and suggest enhancements to the Authorium platform. Collaborate with the team to refine and enhance the sales methodology. Represent the Authorium brand professionally in all interactions. Requirements Motivated by performance‑based rewards and professional growth. Persistent, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and learning from setbacks. Adaptable to evolving processes and environments. Skilled at deriving insights from interactions with clients and prospects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A strong interest in innovation and supporting public sector process improvement. Comfortable in fast‑moving startup settings, decisive under uncertainty, and proactive. Proficient with Salesforce CRM and sequencing tools. Previous entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.
