Employer Industry: Pharmaceutical Industry Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $245,985.00, plus incentive opportunity Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage Generous 401(k) match and tuition reimbursement program Flexible time off, paid holidays, and paid leave programs Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work in a collaborative environment focused on improving patient outcomes What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage execution and contribute to the development of multi‑year medical congress strategies aligned with the product lifecycle Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create high‑quality, scientifically rigorous presentations and materials Support planning and execution of engagements with external experts and stakeholders Develop and implement global medical education strategies for relevant therapeutic areas Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements for congress and medical education activities What is Required (Qualifications) Advanced scientific or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) preferred Minimum of 12 years of experience in Medical Affairs, with approximately 5 years focused on congress strategy and execution Proven success managing matrixed, cross‑functional global teams and external vendors In‑depth understanding of industry compliance, regulatory frameworks, and ethical considerations for scientific engagement Excellent project management and communication (written and verbal) skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Additional business or communications training (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred Demonstrated experience leading global congress strategy and IME programs Proven track record of successful congress planning and implementation, including digital solutions Strong financial acumen and experience managing large program budgets Ability to influence across matrixed teams and drive strategic initiatives We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
