Salary : Up to $250,000 base + commission & LTI What this Company Sells : Valves, hydrants, meters, leak detection products Summary Insight Global is hiring a Vice President of Infrastructure Sales to lead the West Territory for a leading infrastructure solutions company. This senior leadership role oversees $400–$500M in revenue and is responsible for driving growth through distribution channels and managing a large regional team. The VP will manage three Regional Managers, each with teams of approximately 20. The focus is on selling infrastructure products including valves, hydrants, meters, and water/leak detection technologies. This is a leadership role, not an individual contributor position. The role requires weekly travel (2+ nights per week) and covers the Western U.S. region. Must-Haves Progressive Sales Management experience (leading at least 2 people with teams beneath them) Experience developing high-performing teams Comfortable with weekly travel (Mon - Thursday), no weekends Experience managing $250M in revenue Experience managing 200–300 channel partners, distributors, and locations Strong leadership and team development skills (e.g., talent elevation) Experience within the water or manufacturing industry Experience working with channel partners and distributors Compensation $200,000 to $250,000 per year annual salary.
